Advice Service
Advice Service will close on Wednesday 27 March 2024 and re-opens on Monday 8 April 2024.
Helpdesk
The Helpdesk will close at 5pm on Friday 22 March 2024 and will re-open at 9am on Monday 08 April 2024.
The operating hours upon re-opening will be from 9am to 4pm.
Student Activities
Drop-ins will close at 5pm on Friday 22 March 2024 and re-open on Monday 08 April 2024.
CSP bookings will resume from Monday 22 April 2024.
Union Shops
The Union Shop and Shop Extra will close at 5pm on Wednesday 27 March 2024 and reopen on Monday 8 April 2024.
Voting in the Leadership Elections 2024 ended at 14:00 on Thursday 14 March with more students than last year having their say in who will lead their clubs, societies, and projects in 2024/25.

We know that exam time can be really stressful, but it's important to look after yourself while you study. Did you know that even a short amount of physical activity can have a positive impact on your mood and wellbeing, and help your brain to focus and memorise information? To help you relieve stress during the exam period, we've joined forces with Move Imperial to put together a series of free, short physical activity events to get you moving and support your wellbeing.
