Rep Training

 The Representation team provide support, training and a Faculty specific induction for new and returning Representatives (Reps). This includes face-to-face training as well as two pre-recorded sessions which will all be made available to Reps in the Autumn and Spring term.

The sessions are as follows:

The second training session that PG Faculty Reps received was the Chairing Communities of Practice session which provided an overview of chairing practices and will allowed Reps to share tips on how to chair meetings effectively.

The second training session that all Reps will receive is the Effective Meetings session which will be a pre-recorded session that Reps can access in the Spring term. This session will provide an overview of the types of meetings Reps will attend with some tips on best practice for engaging in meetings effectively. 

How to Collect Feedback

All Reps

The final session that all Reps will receive will be another pre-recorded session that Reps can access in the Spring term. This session will provide an overview on how Reps can collect feedback and data from their cohorts and how they can use this to make meaningful change in their departments.
