Beit Building & Helpdesk Opening Hours
- The Helpdesk will close for Christmas on Friday 15 December 2023 at 4pm and re-open on Monday 8 January 2024 at 10am.
- All post collection must be made by Friday 15 December 2023 at 4pm. We will not be accepting any deliveries after this date, so please ensure you do not order anything to the Union after this date.

All room bookings in Beit Building will finish on Saturday 16 December 2023.

The building will close to all users on Thursday 21 December 2023 at 5pm.
Commercial Operations

FiveSixEight, Metric, Union Bar h-bar and Reynolds will close on Saturday 16 December 2023. Our venues will re-open on Wednesday 10 January 2024.

Union Shop & Shop Extra will close on Friday 15 December 2023 at 5pm and reopen on Monday 8 January 2024. Please note, we will not be dispatching any purchases made after.
