In this class, you'll immerse yourself in the art of Vinyasa, a style of yoga that beautifully unites breath and movement, creating a harmonious flow of poses. Erika will guide you through a transformative journey where you'll learn to synchronize your breath with your every movement, seamlessly transition between poses, and strike that delicate balance between strength and flexibility.

You need to purchase a ticket for each lesson (either a single class or 10-class pass).
Sign-up is highly recommended to ensure a place. Please show up 5 minutes before the lesson. If you arrive late, your space might have been given to a person on the door.
Mats and blocks are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. 😊
