This calming yoga class aims to help to relax your mind and release your body. We will hold stretches for several minutes at a time, targeting connective tissues, enhancing flexibility and calming busy minds. Come as you are - no yoga experience needed - comfy clothes are recommended.

You need to purchase a ticket for each lesson (either a single class or 10-class pass).  
  Sign-up is highly recommended to ensure a place. Please show up 5 minutes before the lesson. If you arrive late, your space might have been given to a person on the door.  
  Mats and blocks are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. 😊
