Following the most recent government announcement, we just wanted to remind you that we’re here for you if you need us!
The news of a Tier 4 lockdown will be unsettling for many of you, and has undoubtedly caused a lot of confusion and uncertainty for students hoping to return home over the coming days. The government guidelines confirm that students who have not returned to their family home during the travel window are still permitted to temporarily move to a “vacation household” during the period 3 December to 7 February. The government had a specific exemption in the regulations to allow students to travel and join another household regardless of the tier they were in. This provision has carried over.
For those of you staying in London, there is a lot of support available to you! Check out our Christmas Community. We have a Facebook group and MS Teams channel that you can join to connect with others during the holidays. Please do keep in touch with us, each other, and your loved ones during this time.
