By-elections are the last chance to elect reps for this academic year who defend the interests of under-represented student communities, build our Liberation Networks and ensure our voices are heard at the highest levels of decision-making.
Voting for all by-election positions closed on Thursday 14 November. A combined total of 207 students voted for these elections.
Voting closed for all positions at 14:00, Thursday 26 October. A combined total of students voted across the three sets of elections, an aggregate turnout of 15.87 %.

In this election we filled the post of LGBTQ+ Officer, which was not elected in our Leadership Elections in March. A total of 1,946 students voted in the elections, representing a 7.92% turnout.
Imperial College Union are aware of the recent concerns raised following a rally held by pro-Palestinian activists on Wednesday, June 5th, regarding the potential impact on the Summer Ball due to the encampment currently taking place on the Queen's Lawn, the designated location for this year's event.

Advice Service will close on Wednesday 27 March 2024 and re-opens on Monday 8 April 2024.
Helpdesk
The Helpdesk will close at 5pm on Friday 22 March 2024 and will re-open at 9am on Monday 08 April 2024.
The operating hours upon re-opening will be from 9am to 4pm.
Student Activities
Drop-ins will close at 5pm on Friday 22 March 2024 and re-open on Monday 08 April 2024.
CSP bookings will resume from Monday 22 April 2024.
Union Shops
The Union Shop and Shop Extra will close at 5pm on Wednesday 27 March 2024 and reopen on Monday 8 April 2024.
Voting in the Leadership Elections 2024 ended at 14:00 on Thursday 14 March with more students than last year having their say in who will lead their clubs, societies, and projects in 2024/25.
