Combining the strength of calisthenics with the beauty of dance, our society offers the best instruction to the world of pole and aerial. With multiple competitions throughout the year, showcases both internally and with other societies, and chill socials and no-pressure classes we have levels suitable for everyone, from complete beginners – with no strength or flexibility required – all the way up to the semi-pro level. We are partnered with Aerialand in Hammersmith to offer many disciplines of aerial, including hoop and silks. With subsidised classes for both pole and aerial, we are the most affordable way to try this amazing sport, especially with our membership-free taster session available throughout the year.
