The top-ranked university tennis club in London, IC Lawn Tennis Club is also the biggest sports society at Imperial, with over 200 members joining each year. We welcome players of all abilities – whether you’re picking up a racket for the first time or you’re a national competitor, there’s a place at ICLTC for you!
The club boasts a long-standing tradition of achievement, especially in recent years, with our Women’s 1s team competing in the BUCS Premier National division, making us one of the Top 6 teams in the country! The Men’s side has also been very successful; our Men’s 1s compete in BUCS Premier South, and our Men’s 3s were crowned league champions in 2025.
We cater to players of all abilities, whether you’re a seasoned player or a beginner. Included in club membership are our two weekly social sessions, with courts, balls and coaching advice from more experienced members all provided for free. For our teams, league matches take place weekly throughout Term 1 and 2, and we train indoors at the prestigious Queen’s Club.
We take great pride in ensuring our members grow, develop and have fun, both on and off the court. Our ever-expanding social side includes pub crawls, club nights, the annual Christmas dinner and much more.
