As a society that was formed on the principles of unity and friendship, Imperial South Asian Society invites you to be part of an inclusive community that celebrates the diversity of South Asian culture! We aim to hold a variety of fun events throughout the year which will provide a relaxed environment to socialise and enrich your university experience.
We will start the year out with our 'Meet and Greet' in which students can meet our committee as well as other students. Our bowling, crazy golf and games nights will allow you to get to know new people and get into the competitive spirit, whilst our shisha nights and dinner gatherings are the perfect ways to unwind after stressful days. In South Asian Society we want to create a 'home from home'; our 'Asoc families' scheme will give you the opportunity to meet like-minded students from different years with whom you can form close friendships.
If you are interested in learning more about South Asian culture, our informative talks and enlightening social media posts will give you the opportunity to educate yourself, whilst our debates will allow you to express your own opinions and appreciate the opinions of others.
