Trying to work out which martial art is for you? Maybe you want to learn an effective form of self defence or just want to improve your fitness. Starting Karate will give you the opportunity to do just that. Our club caters for anyone who just wants to try something different, meet new people and have some fun! We welcome everyone from complete beginners to experienced black belts, so come along to any session (for free) to see what we do. If you join us you'll quickly find your fitness, flexibility and self confidence improving, with the opportunity to progress to black belt during your degree. We offer a friendly training environment with top quality teaching from Sensei Sid Tadrist (8th Dan), chief instructor of KWF England and one of the highest ranked instructors in the world. So come along and give karate a try! Train with us on Tuesdays 20:00-22:00 and Saturdays 10:00-12:00 in the Union Gym
