Restorative Hatha Yoga with Annabelle

Hatha yoga is the stream of yoga that forms the foundation of other styles (Vinyasa, power, etc.) where breath is linked to movement and poses are performed in a slow and controlled manner. Annabelle’s restorative spin is similar to what is also known as Yin yoga (with links to the Traditional Chinese meridian system) wherein poses are held for longer and there is a bigger emphasis on breath and the meditative aspects of practice.
You need to purchase a ticket for each lesson (either a single class or 10-class pass).  
  Sign-up is highly recommended to ensure a place. Please show up 5 minutes before the lesson. If you arrive late, your space might have been given to a person on the door.  
  Mats and blocks are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
