No matter what course you're doing, university can be a challenging time, and looking after yourself can fall to the bottom of your priority list. However, taking care of your physical and mental health is really really important, not just to optimise your performance but also simply to keep well! We present to you our first event of the year - a welfare talk (by the ex-Welfare rep, Mabel Prendergast) followed by a puppet making art social! Come along for an evening of welfare-infused fun! This event is free for those with membership (membership costs £2 for the year so please get membership before you come!).
