I am an Imperial person. I spent my entire career at the College ending up as Deputy Dean/ Dean of the Business School followed almost 4 years as the Provost’s Envoy for Gender Equality. This means that I know something about how the College works and that I have run the equivalent of a College Faculty. I have also undertaken quite a lot of consulting activities so understand something about how private sector as well as public sector organisations operate.
I have been an Executive coach and now Chair a large NHS Trust. So I can support anyone who wants to understand more about the College or who might want career advice or who just wants someone to talk things through with and I am happy to help in any way.
