The weekend is an opportunity for us to spend a longer period of time together as Christians, both to build each other up in faith and furthering our friendships. We'll be having three talks on the Saturday given by Peter and Lynette Teagle on Revelation 21 and 22, reminding us of the greatness we have promised to us in eternity and how revelling in this should guide our actions and evangelism efforts on campus today. We'll also have plenty of times for games and activities throughout the weekend.
We will be sleeping in the church, which means there's no proper bedding. We ask, where possible, for people to bring along things like air mattresses, sleeping bags, or roll mats, as we don't have many to give out (there's a couple of sofas where the boys will be staying but if you have any spare things please bring them :) ).
We'll wrap up the weekend by joining the St Giles congregation for their morning service at 11am, and we'll head out for lunch as a group after (Feel free to head off before this service though if you need to get back to your own church, but we'll have breakfast together before that service).
A full timetable, and a list of things to pack will be sent out in the next couple of weeks. If you buy a ticket, you should be sent an email with a sign-up/Dietary Requirements form. Please fill this in and if you don't receive it, let someone know.
