We expect anyone attending our venues or taking part in any Union activity to show respect for each other’s safety and wellbeing, and be mindful that those around them may have anxiety being around large groups of people.
Face coverings
We expect everyone to wear a face covering when moving around indoors. If you are taking part in club or society activity or socialising in our bars you do not need to wear a face covering, but we ask you to respect those around you.
Testing
If you are attending campus and/or you live in halls of residence, you will be required to take weekly tests.
You can choose between weekly PCR tests, or twice weekly lateral flow device (LFD) tests.
COVID vaccinations
We recommend that you get fully vaccinated. Vaccination is free for everyone in the UK, including international students.

Self-isolation exemption via vaccination declaration
If you are fully vaccinated in the UK and wish to ensure that your work or studies are not interrupted by being asked to self-isolate as a close contact, you will need to complete a short vaccination status form on MyImperial. View guidance and FAQs about the form and government guidance.
